No matter how many times I travel down I-95, I always end up at South of the Border. Its not just the garish and campy looks but the fact that you’ve passed about 50 billboards advertising it from at least a state away that leave you unable to just pass it by without a quick stop for fireworks or in this case, a quick photo-op in the pouring rain.
